Maranatha Life Campus (MLC)
The Maranatha Life Campus is a visionary, holistic community campus designed to strengthen the body, soul, and spirit of the region through integrated housing, health, education, and recreation. Built on a 27-acre site, the campus will feature a Resilience Hub that doubles as a disaster shelter and year-round community center, a full-service health clinic, an expanded childcare and preschool center, senior housing, and a forest park with trails and wellness-focused outdoor spaces .
At its core, MLC is dedicated to addressing pressing community needs—affordable housing for seniors, accessible healthcare for underserved populations, expanded educational opportunities, and safe, inspiring spaces for youth and families. By weaving these resources together, the campus will foster resilience in times of crisis while enriching daily life through workforce development, wellness programs, cultural events, and recreation.
More than just a development project, Maranatha Life Campus represents an investment in long-term community prosperity and equity. Anchored in faith and designed for impact, it will serve as a model of sustainable, inclusive growth for Montgomery County and beyond.
